Upon arrival, we were welcomed with flowers, cakes, and champagne in our room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself, number 382, featured a shared pool and a bath/shower combo, providing a peaceful retreat. The service was exceptional, especially Alex who went above and beyond to make our stay even more delightful. The location, although a few kilometers from the town, was perfect for easy access to the airport and city. The dining experience offered a wide range of delicious dishes and organic fruits. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.

Staying at the hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Necteria, Eva, Alexis, and our rep Tanya, were incredibly helpful. The central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions, enhancing our overall stay. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement, with limited breakfast options.

The hotel room was basic and smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us much as we didn't spend a lot of time in it. The food in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch with fruit juices and wine. The lovely patio with afternoon sun was a highlight of our stay, and the hotel's large size and convenient location added to the experience.
